Been playing letter tennis with them for a few months now...
I placed the account into dispute a while ago - they replied to me today with a very short & sweet letter to say that the OC has rejected this and that they look forward to my repayment proposals within 14 days.
Who will get bored with this ongoing game first - me or them? lol
