          Well IQOR are a DCA, like you couldn't guess that one, so normal rules apply there then.
          They have a tendency of dealing with DWP "debts".

            In this case, it would appear that the debt relates to another individuals Ebay account.

            IQOR, continue to make bombard my landline, even though I am not the debtor that they obviously are attempting to contact.

            Naughty IQOR, today they pretended to be Ebay (the call eminated from Preston) and asked to speak to Poppy.
            But, Poppy does not reside at my property;apart from my Rottweiler lady dog.

            Presumably, IQOR are barking up the wrong tree:beagle:
