As I said in my earlier post, acknowledge and say you intend to defend all of the claim. You can always change it later.

You need to acknowledge the claim, and tick the box where it says you intend to defend all. Once the claim is acknowledged then you will have an extra 14 days in which to prepare a defence.

and can you post up the Particulars of Claim? You will find these on the front of the N1, o te left hand side about halfway down. Basically, this is what the claimant says you owe, and why. The basis for their claim against you.
