  • MBNA and Link slated in court

Keith Harris of Devon has had his credit card debt of £20000 wiped out in court because MBNA and Link hounded him for payment and wouldn't listen about a change of circumstances in business and illness in the family. Key to the judgement was that he had not received Terms and Conditions. At last.

A judge on the consumer's side at last! How refreshing and good for him. The judge also slammed the way that MBNA and their DCA had relentlessly telephoned the poor guy repeatedly, despite the fact that he had fully explained his situation, which included mutiple illnesses in his family.
      Thanks!
