    Hi all

After a long battle morgans Cabot they have withdrwan a claim in gaining a charging order on my property. There was a heaing at the beginning of Feb, but due to the incorrect amount of mony i had paid the dj has adjurned untill march 22. so Morgans can collect the correct information... They have since written to me to say the hearing s still going ahead, they will not ask for the charging order, but wish the CCj to be upheld.
I then wrote to morgans for a copy of my credit agreement with the £1 fee. Requesting original agreement documents by 15th of marc, so i will have these documents for the hearing. I also explained to morgans the reason i request this is due to a high number os discrepancies on the court paper, an example of this is the amoun i had pais of this debt was £3500, but the papers stated £76.
I am not sure if i have handled this corrctly, but in the same letter (template of this wbsite) to morgans i also stated that even though i have repaid a larg amount to this debt, i still do not now the orignal credit amount. I also requested that if they are unable to provide this information, monnies already paid should be refunded.
    Any advice would be helpful.
