    Hi
    If you have recieved a SAR with only an application form do you then CCA them
    and if still no response after 12 +2 days can you put the account in dispute

    Hi,

    Whoever sent you the SAR, should provide you with a true copy of the original document. Just wait out the days and see what happens.

    If they start any hanky panky, inform them they have failed to provide blah, blah!

      Who did you SAR? What was it in relation to? To only receive an application form in response to a SAR seems somewhat bizarre. Any chance of the background to this please so we can offer better help?

          Hi all

          Its for a friend can you believe it and its CAP 1

          Im no expert but pointed him here after reading a few threads and asking me loads of questions the above one came up(funny what you talk about after a couple of bottles of wine ) and confessing to debts to someone again cleared the air

          What a surprise he was up s**t street just like me

            Bet you feel a bit worse for wear after the wine, but a load better after the chat and found out your not the only one.

              I'm in a similar boat, up the creek without a paddle (income) and guess what the creek seems be full of porcine excrement . Run off from the large banks locally lol.

                If, you require full information about the credit agreement.
                Make a request under section(s) 77, 78 or 79, which ever is applicable.
