Hi Wendy, I was clamped by Shoal Enforcement and charged £200 release fee in December yes it was on private land but there wasnt a sign where i was parked

The only way you could possibly get a refund would be to issue a small claims naming both the clampers and the landowners as defendants. Appealing to the clampers is a complete waste of time and effort.
