1st Credit were shunned by their fellow DCAs when they were censured by the OFT for their collection practices. Nathoo's departure was sudden so methinks there is a story there we are not hearing. Hopefully it is bad news for them.

But now it would appear that all their dirty work is being passed on to Connaught Collections (CCUK). Not a limited company, just a trading style of 1st Credit Limited.
