Just had a call from MP's office. They told me they have phoned Fred's as they did not respond to MP's letter.
Fred's are refusing to tell MP anything other than to confirm that MP's letter is with Fred's solicitors!

MP's office have said that fred's will not tell them anything as I (ben13) have never been in touch with Fred's.
I told MP that is true I have NOT been in touch with them as I told iQor to prove the alleged debt in the first place and heard nothing.

MP has asked me to contact Fred's now on the phone to find out what this alleged debt is for.

Should I ring them? Should I ignore their request for me to call them?

Any advice please

Difficult to say as these come from DWP and as such have different rules.

No matter your MP is on the case.
