Help with SAR Request Response

I have attached a reponse I have received after submitting a SAR request. Can anyone tell me if what they are saying is right. Surely everytime a call is made then a note is made on your account of who called who and when. Am I just being fobbed off.

I think you are being fobbed off, It is they that have to identify the information on you not the other way round. Under the Act and their Trade Association Guide lines they have to be absolutely sure you are the right person.
