arrow global /fairfax solicitors /old lloyds tsb overdraft
Hi can anyone give me any advide on what to do next im at a serious loss, arrow global obtained a ccj a few months ago on a statue barred debt from 2002 , in our naivity we ignored the court docs as we thought if we replied it as an admission so sought advice from the csa .We then filled in the relevant forms to have the judgement set aside at our local county court .Fairfax used as their defence bank statements from loyds tsb which clearly show that the last transactions we made or had contact was May 2002 which proves it is statue barred , but the judge has given them more time to provide final demands by lloyds TSB being sent to us .Can they do this ?, if so what is the point of the limitations act and will this open up a can of worms with these comapies if we are made to pay. They have also applied for a charging order on our property , please can anyone help ,as we are back to court soon and its starting to really stress me thanks
