I've been doing some digging today 
I decided to go over 1st Cruds head & contact the OC myself (freephone number) to see what was going on etc...
Turns out that they have no record of me on their system & even better, the woman said "we dont deal with 1st Credit anyway"
The guy from 1st Crud emailed this morning to say that they are refering the account back to the OC in light of my stat barred claim.
Well that would mean they are refering it back to someone who has no record of me & doesnt even deal with the DCA who is refering it back to them. :tinysmile_aha_t:
Do 1st Crud really think i was born yesterday & i dont know that they are just chancing their arm on a debt that hasnt been acknowledged in any way shape or form since about 1997/98 now (even the OC has no idea about it anymore lol) - its prob sunk so far to the bottom of the DCA titanic that the goon at 1st crud thought he needed to make up his missed commission target.
Still..me being me - i will play along with them just for the fun of it
