  • i have recieved a CCJ form.

    I have just recieved a CCJ claim form fro Tessera Portfolio Managment Ltd on a debt well over 6 years old for £2189.51. I am a full time carer for my husband and live on Benefits I am really worried what can I do?

    Is this a CLAIM or an actual Judgement ??

    Can you please post up the EXACT wording on the form.

            So that's your defence then.
            Section 5 of the limitations Act clearly cover this action.

                SB doesn't stop them chancing their arms.
                If you simply ignore it they WILL get a default judgement !!!
