    Thank you one and all for the tips, I have taken all advice on board from here and sols and have decided to go for the Glaziers co's jugular instead and have submitted an application to the court for the CO to be removed.

    Im waiting for the hearing to be listed now, prob take a couple of months, but hey im in no hurry.

    Ill keep you guys posted.

      Only true to the extent that an estate is insolvent once priority debts are paid; and the priority debts are legal and funeral expenses.

      Tis a fact that the ONLY debts payable are those unsecured or secured debts which are enforceable therefore an executor should make enquiries to find out & if a professional such as a solicitor doesn't they (could) be accused of professional negligence
