Re: advice on welcome tactics, unsigned contract

I am not an expert on this at all, but:

      59.65 x 77 = £4593.05

less total cost of credit £1475.52 = 3117.53 not 3117.57 (only 4p I know, but not right!)

Also they seem to state two interest rates - why is this?

Working on 13.6% I can't get the figure they get.

      Hope somebody can help you!

APR and Interest rate are not the same. APR includes for fees and other charges not included in the loan amount.
They were out to get me!! But now it's too late!!

APR is only at a snapshot in time for comparing across suppliers-as above-it includes fees etc and is averaged out assuming its fixed interest---

We don't use it in Amortization--we use Annual Interest Rate (AIR)

                      Neither.

A small error in calculations will not persuade a judge you were disadvantaged to a significant degree.

Only the correct interest rate is necessary to effect a good contract. The APR may be out by a small amount and not be fatal (to the agreement).

Oh BTW, which signature is missing debtor or creditor? (Creditors missing is of no consequence).
