    Re: Robinson Way Help Please!

    Just to update...

Had a few more back and forth letters, my last one saying that I have asked for them to take me to court over the debt as I believe it unfair and would like my day in front of a judge for him to decide.

Just received a letter from RW saying that they have passed the debt back to the Nat West.

I take that as a result...

Thanks for everyones advice, particularly Ben's.

Sounds pretty typical of a DCA to turn tail and run after being vigorously challenged, but that's par for the course.

So, all told, a results, of sorts.

Another DCA will crawl out of the woodwork soon - do be wary of that

I look forward to the battle...

In fact, I look forward to the DCA that is willing to go all the way to court with it.

Out of morbid curiosity I'd like to hear a Judge's take on the ludicrous, disproportionate charges that created the debt in the first place.
