    Got a "we are pleased to offer you a substantial reduction on your outstanding balance" letter today.
    No doubt a bit desperate coz i told them to get lost last time round

    I love those ones, why don't they just say we don't have a snowballs chance in hell of enforcing this one.
    Let me guess it wasn't quite 100%

      This letter didnt actually state what the reduction was...it said i had to ring them up to find out (an 0845 number so ive effectivley got to pay to find out).......oooh the suspense is killing me, not lol

          I have been known to be the cheeky type who would ring up & say that if they offer me a 100% reduction then its a deal
