Suspect I know the answer, but just need a straight yes you're right or no do this.... for reassurance.

I received a letter (definitely first one as it's a Hello letter (no goodbye letter from previous DCA) from Wescot Credit Services Ltd demanding £1705.52 for a debt to Lloyds bank.

I intend to file it under I then send Prove It letter if they write again. Correct or not?

Are these an easy company to get rid of or do they need treating with caution?

1/ Yes, file and respond to second letter with Prove It. NOT a CCA request, just the simple one.
2/ Yes, tend to run orf when challenged.
