I CCA Bcard and SAR them too....NO CCA only reconstructed version. Claimed back overcharges for £12.00

I wrote to them asking for a payment plan (yes I have been making token payments each month). No respond to my I.E and letter asking for reduced payments and interst freeze.

Recd attachment today.... where do I go next unable to pay arrears on this default notice...if I dont pay...can they just go ahead and put default on file.

Read somewhere Mercers should put Bcard address on the letter...

All confused what to do next.

    Any help or advice please

Default will be recorded no doubt, as you would of defaulted, keep making token payments I would say for now. Also send a copy of original letter & I&E sheet RECORDED DELIVERY to Barclaycard pointing out 2nd attempt to get response from them, if no joy then go to OMB I would suggest? also see what others have to say!"

Before you rush into sending it Recorded Delivery read this thread. You only need proof of posting, but if you want real guarantee it has got there use Special Delivery. Recorded Delivery is a waste of money!
