Hi guys,
Early this year i took out a tmobile business line, happy with that.
19/8/10 i took out a broadband dongle due to issues with BT (another story).
I made my official (over the phone ) complaint on 30/9/10.
In the first 4-5 weeks the dongle had little or no reception, and varied in usability. Some days good somedays lots of page load errors. Ive had a lady called Sue dealing with this over the phone untill today she says 'sorry contract stands'
During our calls she had admitted im living in a 50-70% black spot and as such should expect little to no service.
I feel i should have been advised of this on agreeing the contract.
Is there anything i can say or do to get out of the contract but keep my business line? Ive asked for a pac code for my line but they say it will automaticly generate a termination fee and will not be released untill paid.
I would be prepared to take the dongle contract for the remainder of the term if it was upgraded to a line with handset if it came to that, but not for sole internet use.
Thanks in advance,
Tommy
