I am in need of finding legal representation against Blemain Finance who are pursuing me for unreasonable charges and wanting to repossess my property. I had a court hearing this morning, which the Judge adjourned, as Blemain apparantly made a mess of in their original agreement with me. Furthermore, it seems that my £30K balance from inception in Feb 2007 has ballooned to nearly £40k. Additionally, they have been charging me on average £996 yearly to satisfy the mandatory buildings insurance which I have anyway each year to comply with primary mortgage lender. In spite of providing evidence of building/content insurance they will not budge on this matter. It is a huge ball of wax which I can't seem to get my head around and require a solicitor to help me with. Any ideas?
