    hi can someone please advise me,ive asked capital one to send me a sar the £10 cheque has been cashed, had letter
    today asking for my signature as my letter was not signed,i have a copy of the sar request letter which i typed, the letter has my name
    on it( signature) ? wht should i do

      By rights you do not need signature, but anyway save time use the attached but put xxx over siggy.
