I have to agree with Casper here also. You were wanting to defraud the banks and that was the sole purpose of getting the loans

this guy was introduced to me by a neighbour. my neighbour told me that he can take out loans in my name and after few months he can wirte them off and he done the same for him. he said that we will go 50/50. this turned out to be a trap and i fell right into it.

Not at any time do you say that you were threatened to be introduced by your neighbour to this person. You were asked by the looks of it and you saw it as a business venture that quite frankly is bordering fraud as I see it.

I would either get your debts paid off and sit on it if you feel there will be comeback of any sort to you and your family or tell the police everything in the hope that you will be seen as a "slighter" inncocent party to this (although I would still think that you would be seen as "in on it TBH".
