  • Who are Fairmiles Partnership?

Having 'googled' the above it does send me straight to CAG circa 2008.

It would appear that this company are in league with Nat West.

I have 2 entries on my CFs both from Fairmile just quoting 'bank'. Both entries I have heard nothing about ever, from Fairmile and they indeed are due to 'fall off' in October 2010.

Interestingly, I had a Nat West Loan and Credit Card which also defaulted. Now these 2 accounts are also on my CFS but do not expire until mid 2011still defaulted by NW, but not chased. The amounts are slightly different to those of Fairmile, but close enough to possibly be the same alleged debt!.

My question is, is it possible that they (NW) sold on to Fairmile who placed their defaults, but then NW did not Default until several months' later?

Obviously as the Fairmile files 'fall off' very soon, I do not then want to be left with the NW entries for several more months.

Or, could Fairmile be for another creditor entirely?

    Re: Who are Fairmiles Partnership?

I have now researched a bit more and find they are 'connected' to AIC. I have found notices of assignment from NW to AIC.

Interestingly, it would appear I am correct that I have at least 2 duplicate entries on my CFiles, depending on the Credit Agency.

Either Nat. WEst and Fairmiles, or Nat West and AIC.

However, the puzzling part is that the Nat West Defaults are dated several months after either Fairmile or AIC. 2 are most definitely the same accounts, but the third does have a difference in amount, so it is possible charges could have been added, this was, I believe a Current Account Overdraft there is a difference of about £400 but given it is SB next month I do not want to disturb the status quo.

However, the difference in dates is over 10 months so I feel it will be worth challenging the 2nd DN and entry once the first has dropped off? Any suggestions?
