Well I have the advantage of having an onlin o2 accoutn so i can check online, and altough in the letter sent to me via o2 claiming there was no more debt it will be £0.00 it turns out actually i am being charged £25 for somthing. Anyway o2 aknowladge that I paid £100 to Moorcroft but didnt elabirate where thats gone, it can't have gone against the debt, because their not actualyl wiping the debt then their taking money and wipign the rest.
But it does turn out they where wrong to canx my contract so they can't accept liability and then say well actually since you've paid some we will accept some liability to whatever extent you have paid already....
So I intend to just write to moorcroft and simply say can i have my money back then I guess i would have a better idea of where my monies have gone
