Very good, complete the form and send it off!

Seems to be a pretty common response now from the OFT to any non-trivial complaint.

        But certainly worth doing.

Better than the complete "brush off" you used to get 3/4 years ago.

Sorry to hijack, but just a quickie regarding the above.

OH got a SD in the ordinary course of post from Connaught on behalf of 1st Credit about 3 years ago which he never responded to. Nothing ever came of it and nothing has been recorded on his credit file (I'm guessing it would show there if they followed through with it??). Is this something worth bringing up now to the OFT even though it happened a while ago? He does still have the SD so can show when it was issued etc.

Most of these phantom payments are actually made by DCAs in a futile bid to extend the shelf life of an alleged debt.

The Leeds Losers are famous for this. They invented imaginary npayments I made when my passport clearly shows I was not even in the UK.

            What a Wunch of Bankers

Worst Credit ar just as big a bunch of Porky Pie Providers and when you look at their CEO Uncle Bob you can understand why. He goes running to GAG if anyone says anything nasty about him
