Phillips Debt Recovery

How do I deal with this one. My OH received this today and was dumbfounded. We dont live together and it went to her address. She has no debts and I am positive this is true. She has received no other letters or contact prior to this. She is very upset. I am f****ng well angry.

File it under I as they CANNOT take any action what so ever !!!!!

I must admit they do send good quality letters, full colour and decent paper

I see the "debt" is from 2007 and yet they haven't taken any action yet !!
