I for one cannot understand why the oft have dropped the case when they have taken up this one and for pretty similar reason ie consumers are being charged more than they should be for services.
sorry cant find the link now but it is a well known airline who are charging more for flights and they way they do this is by offering discounts for one payment method which of course is an obscure payment method so that most customers dont have this facility and have to pay more than other airlines. so basically customers are paying say £5 per person per flight when it only costs about 30p sound familiar.
How come the oft are investigating this but dropped the bank charges case?
Is anyone else apalled by this the fact that we have all been kept waiting for at least 2 years and then nothing would be interesting to see what happens with this case.
