Assigning secured debts

Can anyone confirm whether secured creditors need to provide deeds of assignment to their debtors in the event of them selling on secured debts.

What I'm trying to find out is if Deeds of assignment apply to all financial contracts or only ones regulated by the CCA

I have a copy of a Standard Deed of Assignament at home
I will have a lok to see if it refers to any acts specifically
