Brief assistance needed re: charges etc

Anyone

I have the following:

A Lloyds credit card
A Lloyds unsecured personal loan
A Lloyds current account - overdrawn at present and paying off
An Alliance and Leic unsecured personal loan

-

simply:

I want to reclaim PPI on the Alliance and Leic (with Rockwell at present but not sure if they now own the debt or acting as agents of A & L - does this matter?) and challenge the enforcability of the CCA (not my signatures and PPI)

I want to reclaim the charges on my Lloyds current account
I want to reclaim the charges on my Lloyds credit card
I want to reclaim charges and PPI on my Lloyds personal loan

what is the time-line procedure for the above starting with the All and Leic and then the Lloyds

pls confirm if this is correct for the All and Leic loan:

CCA request
SAR request
PPI claim letter
Report them to OFT, Banking Ombudsmen
Small claims counrt

Lloyds:

CCA request for loan and Credit card
Bank charges letter to Lloyds

not sure if the above is comprehensive enough to cover all the bases and i need the correct letters (links) to plug any holes in my defence ie references to various subsections of the Cons Credit Act 1974 and 2006 Amendments.

Its all a tad confusing so a simple list of A>Z 'to do list' if possible

My suggestion is firstly have a good read of other posts and then post each of your various prospective claims in the appropriate forums and then any help and assistance can then be given.
