  • Letter Received URGENT

Hi, letter received today from Blair Oliver Scott for credit card saying that they intend to start the ball rolling for court proceedings tomorrow. There's no maybe or perhaps wording, but it asks for a letter or phone call before tomorrow to either clear the amount or make an offer of repayments.

Briefly, been repaying this for several years but earlier this year had to reduce the agreed amount to just £1 per month and after several letters made a request for a copy of the CCA. CCA was just an application form so letter was sent to place AID in Sept although we continued to pay the £1.

What do I do? Send a formal complaint? Thanks.

Formal complaint letter looks like a good place.
