HI all. Can anyone help please. Been paying Capquest by cccs. for about 18 mths. Started off at less than £1,000. owing . Received annual statement from them saying i now owe over £3,000. as they are putting interest on it monthly. When i first startad paying the said they would stop all interest. The lieing B---------. Dead easy.
Unless there is a clear contractual provision for them to do this, as they are not the OC, then they can attempt to add any interest and charges they want, BUT they aren't lawful.
