    How did you come by this was it by CCA request or SAR..? If it was by CCA then i would send SAR as this looks like it is not signed. With SAR they have to send all data they have on you including a copy of the original agreement.

      No it was by a SAR request.

      When you say signed do you mean that Natwest haven't signed it? In which case no they didn't. Don't know if that has an impact.

        61.
        Signing of agreement.
        — (1) A regulated agreement is not properly executed unless—
        (a)
        a document in the prescribed form itself containing all the prescribed terms and conforming to regulations under section 60(1) is signed in the prescribed manner both by the debtor or hirer and by or on behalf of the creditor or owner, and

        (b)
        the document embodies all the terms of the agreement, other than implied terms,
