Re: unsure if this is the correct forum

I must admit, i have heard some conflicting comments, which whilst fine, are in some respects confusing.
I did not state the value of the loan, however it is in excess of 20,000.GBP

      >> update :
on Thursday of last week, I replied the lawyers legal 14 day notice - with a letter stating acknowledgement of receipt & i shall revert to you in due course etc"

I intend to reply - with detail, by thursday of this week, with disputed detail, and what i can pay, or shall i simply await any summons ?

Yesterday evening i received an email from the ex stating " instructed my solicitor to issue proceedings against you, and have forwarded all correspondence in this matter".

        UPDATE :

I continue to receive daily threats - i continue to make weekly payments @ 70% of my weekly income.
Now, she has begun contacting all my business contacts and friends online via twitter, and posting the whole mess online.
I have no more funds for a lawyer, and i cant stop twitter.
told my colleagues what has occurred and closed my twitter account.

I had over 3000 followers, (which she copied, and i had listed 344 friends, business, and just mates.

        they all received her msgs.
i have copied the webpages showing the comments, and her remarks, with any responses, but aside from that, i think this is me done.

        ciao
