  • letter needed to DCA

I need to either send a letter asking for more time to pay full settlement by 30days or delay DCA by 30days some how, they have refused to delay the payment of £350 by email and say the offer of £350 is only for a set period of time and if it goes over this time the amount will go back to £650.

    Such helpful people not !

    Regards

        Re: letter needed to DCA

I am sorry to say its a pay day loan, its now been pasted on to a DCA and I do want to pay it back at £350 but I just do not have the money until a further 30 days.

I will never have one of these things again.

I've no idea about the DCA bits but for future please don't get yourself a payday loan. Go and join your local credit union and talk to them see if they can assist you first, they wont charge you the outrageous interest and will be far more helpful and understanding. xxx

Mucky Hall are well known for "purchasing" totally unenforceable debts and then using every harassment tactic in the book to get payment.

                  Re: letter needed to DCA

Can anyone help with a letter, I need to send a letter back to Vanquis credit card telling them that I will still continue with Debt plan even though they have sent me a letter saying the period for the DMP is over.

My situation is still the same so the DMP payment is all they are going to get !!!

                  Regards
