On the Internet there is a sudden list of people who are receiving "true copies of the original CCA from Egg, prior to 2007" saying Citi group on the paperwork. Ciit group did not take over Egg until February 2007. These CCAs are referenced on the CAG site.
Any CCA from before that date would have no reference to Citi Group. Therefore these documents cannot be true copies.
At best they have been doctored, at worst they are forgeries.
Is this truly what Egg are up to? how can this be allowed in 2009 UK?
