Reclaming credit card charges - Lloyds TSB

Hello,

I was wondering what is my first point of call in claiming my credit card charges back.

Firstly, I have a credit card debt with Lloyds TSB, which I want to pay back. I have a letter from a DCA today and will be sending them a letter to make sure gthe debt goes back to the OC. But I want to find out how do I reclaim charges, do I call Lloyds or do I write to them? If I do write, does anyone have the address for this?

Also, may I ask, is it possible to claim back charges even if it was your fault that you were late with a payment, or is that a stupid question to ask?

There seems to be a coupld of different addresses showing on here and I'm not sure which one to use.

Sorry to disturb again, but getting really distressed and need some help, can anyone answer any of my questions? Also, who do I make the Postal order to for Lloyds Credit cards as I do not have a cheque book?

I have yet to receive a CCA from Lloyds despite their assurances that the matter was being dealt with and that they would respond as soon as possible!

On the assumption they are having difficulty locating a CCA can I still go back and reclaim the charges (albeit it to force their hand to deal with the lack of a CCA) or would such a claim negate any later claim that a CCA which cannot be produced is unenforceable and therefore the debt is unenforceable?

I am really attempting to get this matter sorted out as Lloyds appointed Sechiari who wrote back 2 months ago saying they would refer back to Lloyds and not a call nor letter since!!

I think they are ignoring me!!! I miss their incessant telephone calls!

Have a look at these threads, maybe just a letter and the cost of a stamp might get you the refefund of your charges. The CCA stuff you can still continue with with after.
