      hi curly sorry for the delay in replying but i am now also back to work though only on a partime basis but i work away from home.

      this letter from moorcroft is for a unauthorised overdraft with tsb not really sure how to tackle this one so any advice would be welcome

        Well as that's the case they can whistle for it while the OFT's Test Case is ongoing, as per the FSA's waiver conditions..
