This is an even more interesting one now.
I have edited the post as I have found their original Claim it gets even more interesting.
Way back in 2009 Link financial took me to court they discontinued in 2010 over a GE Card.
Santander bought the account back of Link and then again in 2011 Santander issued another claim. I claimed it was an abuse of process as they hadn’t asked for the courts permission and the claim was struck out. I even attended court in 2011.
So, after 15 years they are claiming that a CCJ was created for a claim form dating back to 2011, so it took them 7 years to get a CCJ, yeah right. Sadly, I don’t have any documents relating to the strike out. Just my strike out application etc.
The reference they quoted is the same as what was on the claim form from 2011, thank you Google Drive.
