    Hi, I hope you can offer some advice and thank you in advance. I do not have any debts that I am aware of and going through my spam texts looking for a message I came across the following. Any thoughts of how to proceed? Cant seem to post images or attachments but this is the text transcript. Thanks.

    Message 1 (Wednesday 15 Oct • 10:24):
    "Visit to your property on behalf of ACI UK Limited due to take place within 21 days.
    Call 0161 676 7927 quoting [redacted] to resolve.
    Further info: https://www.verify-connect.co.uk/client/aci"

    Message 2 (Friday 24 Oct • 10:10):
    "A visit to your property on behalf of ACI UK Limited will be arranged shortly.
    Call 01253 203277 quoting [redacted] to resolve and stop this visit.
    Further info: https://www.verify-connect.co.uk/client/aci"

    Monday 3rd November 09:30
    ACI UK Limited
    Representatives are coming to your property to discuss your outstanding account.
    To avoid this visit, call us immediately on 01253 203283 and quote your reference number.

    If you have no idea at all what this is about it's worth contacting them and asking them to write to you with details of why they want to contact you. Confirm your current address. Send by Royal Mail and get a Proof of Posting.

    Tell them you will only accept communications from them.by post and you refuse them permission to enter your property or make any visit to your house

    The link.they gave you only gives general information, nothing about specific debts, but does include their postal.address.

    When you have found out what it is about come back for further advice.
