  • Drydens solicitors

Hello everyone. I have received 2 letters from Drydens claiming I am to pay directly to them from Arrow poplar dac, no explanation about what it's for. I am paying a debt from 25 years ago & they have mentioned I have an agreement in place. I had no letters saying the debt has moved on & am paying another company & have been for years, but they are not Arrow! Do I write to this company for clarification? Appreciate any help anyone can offer thanks

You need to stop paying until you receive a compliant agreement. Send them a CCA request, See what they send back.
