PallasAthena I’ve had another email. With the subject “Extrajudicial Lawyer Proceedings”. Seems like it’s just another attempt to scare me into paying it?

The word "extrajudicial" suggests a high level of BS.Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Yes It's just more scare tactics. I would continue to ignore.
Notice that all the things they say could happen to you they preface with "after obtaining an enforcement order" - that is, only if Interdate SA/C-Date took you to court and won and a court ordered you to pay and you then ignored the court order. So you only need to do something if formal court proceedings are started. This is highly unlikely to happen, they are just trying to frighten you.All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.
