Does this mean they cannot take legal action against me now? So it's unenforceable?

The date on the letter to make payment by is nearly 12 years ago

The date on the letter was April 2025 so that is why I thought it was strange. Any ideas ?

No idea. Was there a reason why you redacted the date on the letter?

Yes, many years ago. Due to circumstances, I could no longer pay, so I reduced the payment until Jan 21. Then stopped and buried my head due to family issues at the time. Now sorting as the letters drop. This letter was received, as I mentioned, in April 2025, and it appears that they have stated they can't take legal action, which is how I interpret it. So I was wondering if now was a good time to make an offer ?
