    My son has recieved a letter from this company this morning with regards to a debt of 600 pound for a mobile phone company
    on the letter it says that there have to collect the debt for the client but it isnt subject to a hogh court or baliff action
    what can he do for the mobile phone company to provide his agreement and data
    because I have read that it isn't covered by the cca

    Send them a Subject Access Request, make sure you get Proof of Postage.

    Do you know how old the account is? It might be Statute Barred.

    Regarding the agreement, their usual response is 'that it was in the box with the phone',
    but they should provide Terms and Conditions'.

    They will no doubt will respond., update the thread when they do.

        Send the Subject Access Request to the original Creditor.

        Send the dispute letter to the Debt Collector.

          Further to this really an update
          the debt company applied to court and I filed my defence from that I've recieved a letter today from TM Legal saying there have information to supply to the court and my defence has no merit
          Where do I go from here what are my next steps considering ive had no information from the solicitor or creditor

            When you received the Court Claim, you should of updated the thread.

            What did you put in your Defence?

            What exactly did TM legal say in their letter?
