    Hi,

    Back in 2023 I sent a CCA request to Lowell for a credit card debt. I received acknowledgement that they were looking into it and then nothing else and I left it. Fast wind i now have overdales solicitors acting on their behalf. I told them about my request and they apologised and said it was sent and then emailed me a copy. So I have the signed copy and statements. Is there anything else they need to provide ? Grateful as always for any help
