Wondered if you could help. I have an DCA chasing on behalf of a company who brought a debt years ago. They've since sent me letters to the correct address, they keep contacting but following advice I've been ignoring them and the original comapny failed to give a CCA. It's 4 years now since this has been acknowledged.
The DCA has now begun sending letters to the wrong address despite sending these correctly to me (chasers/statements) in the past year. My neighbour is now getting annoyed they've had 5 addressed to me at the wrong house number.
The most recent was a yearly statement. What do I do?
I wish to stop my neighbour being bothered, but also don't want to appear to reset any clock. But they shouldn't be contacting the wrong address to begin with when they've had the right details all along..
