  • Need help with PRA Group's response to my CCA Request

    Hello,

I sent PRA Group a CCA Request Letter 11 working days from today, I haven't received a letter from them yet but in my email inbox I received a response from their customer solutions (enquiries@pragroup.co.uk), stating the below:

"Thank you for your recent letter." (them acknowledging receipt of my cca request letter)

"Can you please confirm your current address as well as any previous addresses you have stayed at? Your account has been selected for potential litigation activity. The legal process is paused just now, it's important you get back in touch with us before your hold ends. Any future litigation is on hold until 08/03/2025."

Now what should I respond to them as I don't want to give any information that they could add on to any document they might be sending re the CCA request, but I also felt threatened by them saying I am selected for potential litigation activity.

Looking forward that someone can help.

    Hi JCARSAR

    Welcome to LB

You can amend the following letter, i.e. alleged debt etc.

Or do nothing and just wait. If you send it, make sure you get Proof of Postage.
