Over the last twelve years or so I've had numerous letters from Lowell over several accounts which they purchased from the original owner. A few months ago letters started coming again about a debt which I thought had been forgotten about, but which they had also purchased, However, I've noticed that all letters are marked with the words "Zone B" at the top. I looked back through my old files and this never appeared on any letters in the past. I've also seen letters sent by Lowell to a friend of mine recently and it does not appear on any of his correspondence. Does anyone know what "Zone B" stands for?

I could 'hazard' a guess, which could be completely wrong.
If you haven't made a payment or acknowledged the debt in writing in the last 6 years, then the debt is statute barred (this is providing there is no CCJ for the debt).
Just send them the following letter - https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...ed-debt-letter
