    Lowell not provided proof of debt

    Lowell still sending letters even after cease and desist letter, they replied saying they were waiting for proof from Capital One. The debt is from 12 years ago but I was paying £5 a month up to 2020. I have never received proof from them and now another letter saying they are going to pass to on to collection agency. What letter do I need to send?

    The question is this did they gain a Court judgment (CCJ) against you ?.
