  • Got a letter from dwf for shoplifting in M&S

Letter saying we require payment of outstanding balance so and so, please pay within 14 days to avoid further action, I want to ask can I do a RTS on this letter as this belongs to me, will they come back to me with court or something?

I am ashamed of the shoplifting, they took the products back from me said I will receive a letter of ban nothing mentioned about any extra cost still I got this letter and this is the 1st letter, should I pay the amount and if not will they do further investigation on this?

    I need advice here please.

Don't return it to them, just ignore it. You will receive more letters from them with increasing threats but they are all empty threats. Ignore all letters, eventually they stop sending them.

Search on here for DWF, there are many similar threads to yours.
